Call to Artists for Next Show at The 99 and "Empowerment Technologies" Continues

  "Empowerment Technologies" will continue Tuesday August 13 at 7 PM at The 99 with a basic internet protocols (programs which send and receive information), open source (free) applications. We will use and open source graphic program to design a poster. All classes will be taught with info on maintaining your privacy on the web. Next Tuesday August 20 we will talk about legal and medical searches.

Empowerment Technologies Course to Continue Weekly on Tuesdays at 7 PM

After a whirlwind introduction to many open source software programs available, next week we will look at learning  new skills on the internet. Tuesday August 6 at 7 PM at The 99, across School Street from the Family Dollar in Newport.
